We manufacture the Hardware items in Mild Steel, High Tensile - (Carbon Graded- EN-8, EN-9, EN-24, En-36 EN-45 ASTM graded), Stain less Steel (SS-202, SS-304, SS -316) etc are at our works. We manufacture the Fasteners from 6mm dia onwards to 100 mm dia & with length upto 600mm.We have an approximate production Capacity of 150 Mt per month which is governed by our Expert engineers with 100% quality control.We further inform you that we also deal in railway track materials including point & crossing which includes products such as rail screwes, plate screwes, lever bolts, pull rod, bearing plate, slide chairs, metal liners, channel sleeper fittings, 52kg rolling fish plate, hook bolt with nuts & washers etc.We do also have a tie-up with one of the leading hot dip galvanised plant in Calcutta, where fasteners are galvanised through centrifugal process with minimum 60 micron deposition of Zinc. The average daily production of Hot Dip Plant is around 10 metric tones. Galvanised Bolts & Nuts are given by us in fitted condition after proper retapping & fitment.Apart from the fasteners we also manufacture shafts, gears, pinions, pinion shafts and forged items of one tonne capacity. We can also supply materials as per drawing and requirement of the buyer. |
